§1. General Information

  1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the rules for using the Crazy CRM platform, owned and operated by:

  1. Crazy CRM is a SaaS solution for managing customer relationships, marketing, communication, and sales.
  2. The system is provided with the support of a technology partner:

  3. For implementation and consulting, Crazy Fejm Ltd cooperates with:

§2. Scope of Services

  1. Crazy CRM subscription costs £99 net per month and includes, among others:
  • CRM and sales pipeline
  • Sales funnels, landing pages
  • Website builder
  • Email marketing, SMS/VOIP
  • Reservations, call tracking, automations
  • Courses, communities, document signing
  • Mobile application
  1. Additional services are billed according to usage – see §3.
  2. Implementations, data imports, automation creation, etc., are billed separately at 200 PLN net per started hour unless otherwise agreed.

§3. Pricing for Additional Services (all prices in GBP, net)

AI & Automations:

  • Voice AI: £0.12/min
  • Conversation AI: £0.02/msg
  • Reviews AI: £0.08/response
  • Content AI (text): £0.00009/word
  • AI Images: £0.06/image
  • Workflow AI: £0.02/query
  • Funnel AI: £0.99/funnel

Communication:

  • Outgoing SMS (PL): £0.035
  • Incoming SMS (PL): £0.006
  • SMS with sender ID: £0.035
  • MMS: unavailable
  • Phone number: £4.00/month

Voice Calls:

  • Local: £0.025/min
  • Mobile: £0.060/min
  • Incoming: £0.008/min
  • VoIP: £0.0035/min
  • SIP: £0.0035/min + £0.08/forwarding

§4. Billing & Payment Consent

  1. To use the system, the client must provide a valid payment card.
  2. By accepting these Terms, the client agrees to automatic:
  • monthly subscription charges
  • billing for additional services according to usage
  1. In case of insufficient funds or payment rejection:
  • the service will be suspended
  • an invoice of €40 may be issued, under Art. 10(1) of the Polish Act of March 8, 2013, on preventing excessive delays in commercial transactions
  1. Service may also be suspended in case of:
  • arrears for other Crazy Fejm Ltd services (e.g., marketing)
  • unpaid invoices for implementation services provided by IGOES Sp. z o.o.
  1. Crazy Fejm Ltd issues invoices only for subscriptions. Additional costs (SMS, AI, calls) are billed automatically via card charges. Transaction summaries are available in the billing panel.

§5. Support & Contact

  1. Technical support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00–16:00 (CET).
  2. The only binding method to contact support for technical or billing matters is via the “Report a problem” function in the left menu of the application.
  3. Phone calls, emails, or other channels may not be processed.

§6. Prohibited Actions & Security

  1. Users are fully responsible, legally and criminally, for content, actions, and data transmitted through the system.
  2. Prohibited actions include:
  • spamming
  • sending messages without recipient consent
  • hosting illegal content (pornography, hate, violence, copyright infringement)
  • phishing, deception, actions violating GDPR/UODO
  1. If unsubscribe rates exceed 2% in email/SMS campaigns, Crazy Fejm Ltd may temporarily block sending to protect infrastructure reputation and legal compliance.
  2. Crazy Fejm Ltd is not responsible for consequences of incorrect automations or user configurations that lead to excessive service usage. Charges are non-refundable.

§7. Personal Data (GDPR)

  1. Data is processed only for service delivery, contact, billing, and support purposes.

§8. Termination

  1. The agreement is indefinite, with a monthly billing cycle.
  2. Termination is possible via:
  1. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for unused periods are not provided.

§9. Additional Provisions & Liability Limitations

  1. Crazy Fejm Ltd is not responsible for financial, organizational, or reputational consequences resulting from user misconfiguration of the system, including incorrect automations, excessive resource usage (SMS, AI), or improper use of CRM functions. Charges for such actions are non-refundable.
  2. Crazy Fejm Ltd does not guarantee specific business results from using Crazy CRM, such as client growth, sales increase, conversion improvements, campaign open rates, or financial results.
  3. Blocking the payment card, not updating card info after expiry, or chargebacks without prior termination per §8 do not cancel the subscription. Crazy Fejm Ltd may charge fees according to the price list and pursue claims through debt collection or civil action.
  4. Crazy Fejm Ltd is not liable for service delays or failures caused by force majeure, third-party failures (Amazon, Twilio, Google), wars, administrative decisions, or random events.
  5. Crazy Fejm Ltd is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, revenue, data, or secondary damages. Total liability is limited to twice the monthly subscription fee paid by the user.
  6. Crazy Fejm Ltd may implement technological changes, including changing the technology partner or system infrastructure, provided functionality is maintained. Users will be informed of planned migrations. These changes are not grounds for termination or claims if key features remain accessible.
  7. Sharing accounts with third parties without written consent is prohibited. Violations may result in account blocking without refund. Official partner programs are available for authorized resellers.
  8. In case of suspected legal or Terms violations, Crazy Fejm Ltd reserves the right to temporarily review user activity or restrict features to verify compliance.

§10. Changes to Terms

  1. Crazy Fejm Ltd reserves the right to change the Terms with 14 days’ notice.
  2. Continued use of the system after updates constitutes acceptance.
